4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

Transaction limits are set on dht22. The minimum deposit across all payment methods is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Transactions below the minimum limit cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Process & Rules

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request is processed:

• KYC verification must be completed
• Wagering requirements for all active bonuses must be fulfilled
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit (where applicable)
• No active investigation on the account

dht22 reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request for additional verification. If a fraudulent transaction is identified, the withdrawal will be cancelled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

The dht22 welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive the bonus, the offer must be activated at the time of the first deposit. Some examples of the bonus:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 and receive ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000 (bonus capped at ৳10,000)

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus).

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Real money balance is always used before bonus funds.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotional offer can be used once only, not across multiple accounts
• dht22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers
• If bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage is identified, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited

6.1 Sports Betting

dht22 offers betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Bet amounts, markets, and market availability are subject to change. A bet once accepted cannot be cancelled, unless the event is cancelled.

• If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the bet amount will be refunded
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bets will be reassessed at the corrected odds
• If a dispute arises over a bet result, dht22's decision will be considered final

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming). These games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair and unbiased results.

• Using multiple accounts to conduct bonus arbitrage
• Attempting to commit fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes
• Attempting to access another user's account

• Attempting to attack or hack the platform's systems

7.2 Account Sharing

Sharing account login credentials with any other person is prohibited. Each person may only use their own account, and the registered user bears full responsibility for all activity on the account.
